Andersen balance replacement

Hi, I am trying to replace the balance of my Andersen double hung windows. At the bottom of the old balance, it says U1 10#31 6-87. Please let me know what model I should purchase for the replacement? Thank you.

Sure! With a stamp of "10#31," I recommend our 24-1033.
