Andersen balancer part numbers?

Question

Installed pic is right side looking out; removed is left side. The side with the Andersen Window logo is stamped 11600-17 near one corner and K4 8#27 7-87 near another corner. Side with 2 round indentations is stamped 11600-3. This side also has U.S. and CAN Pat numbers.

Which balancers do we need (both right and left needed)? Let us know if you need any other info.

Thanks for posting. See our 24-837. This is meant to replace Andersen balances stamped 827 or 8#27 and will work on either side of the sash.
