Andersen balancer question

Hello,
I have and old Andersen double hung single pane window appox 31" wide X 23" high. Both strings snapped on the lower sash and I need to replacement balancers. I got this number off one still installed balancer and it is 11600-17.
Any help would be appreciated

Hey Wayne. We should be able to help, but I am afraid that stamp isn't the identifier. Likely some other code on the balance box will tell us what you have. You will need to remove the sash balance from the window and send us clear photos of all the stamps on its surface. We should be able to narrow this down from there. Hello Bob,
Realized last night I needed other code numbers. This AM I used soap stone to revel other numbers. These are both sides of the window.

Hey Wayne, perfect, thanks! I believe I see a '7#27' in the middle of that stamp. If so, then you can use the 24-737. This will replace Andersen balances with that 7#27 (or 727) stamp code. Let me know if you have further questions!
