I'm trying to replace balances on a Andersen window. I just don't know what size I would need. At this time I can't take it apart to see the part number but I do have the size of the glass view it is 28 3/8 X 24 and bottom sash measures 31 7/8 X 27 1/2 .
I'm sure the top sash measures the same due to the fact the glass side is the same.
I could really use your help thank you in advance

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't use this information to ID what you may have. The best way for us to help is if we see every number that is stamped on the balance box. I know you said that you can't take the window apart but it is very crucial that we see those stamps in order to get you the right hardware for the job.
