I need fourteen (14) of the second photo and two (2) of the first photo.  Can you tell me which one's we need.

Thanks for posting! Based on the provided stamps, the Andersen Sash Balances you'll need are the 24-637 (for the balance marked 6#23) and 24-1231 (for the balance marked 12#31).
