Andersen sash balances

I need four window balances for Andersen windows.I need tow pair of these left and right (looking from inside to outside) S2 R13 9 27 7 87 and O2 L9 1327 7 87.

They are for a matching pair of windows 32 #1.5) Wide and 66 (65.5) High

Based on the pictures you've submitted, it appears you have our 24-R13-927 and our 24-L9-1327 Anderson sash balances.

Take note which side goes where before removing and replacing with the correct balance or they will snap once attached to the window.

when replacing sash balances is the left/right determined by looking from the inside of the house or from the outside?
