I have Anderson window walls, model number 55003. The cranks work fine--I think our tenant just cranked them too far, and the clip broke. I believe that I just need the clip that attaches the real to the window itself and glides along it as it closes my windows open fine as the rod pushes it, but it does not attach well to the window itself. The push arm is marked "R" for the left side. If you could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!
