It has been difficult to crank open and close without helping the window by pushing or pulling. Attached find pictures of the crank assembly parts for your identification purposes.

The operator shown in your photo resembles the Andersen 39-146 and 39-147. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. We've also related the handle and mounting brackets on this page.
