As for your hinge, I actually don't think Andersen makes this style anymore. However, I have been told by some other professionals in the industry that they were able to use our 36-048 hinge set to work just fine as a substitute. The trick is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time so that the operation of the window is symmetrical. The video below will go into more detail.
