Andersen casement window

A home owner from Jackson, Mi says:
My casement windows, 2 of them, need the inner teeth part replaced as they are stripped. I tried moving different handles from other windows but they just don't work. Is there an easy fix for this? I bought a whole houseful of windows in 2003 from an Andersen distributor. I feel if I can somehow replace the rounded teeth for the cranks, then this would most likely solve my problem. Is this even possible? The screw placements are 2 5/8 in. apart. The number I found on the casement cover is 1361530 ST or 1361529 WH. I am assuming ST is for stone and WH is for white. My windows are actually stone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! John

The bore with the teeth cannot be replaced, so your whole operator is going to have to be replaced. I cannot tell what you have while it's still installed, but our 39-264 looks similar. You may also want to see our 39-331 and 39-332.
