Andersen casement window crank handle

A quick learner from Cherry Hill, NJ says:

This is an Andersen casement window crank; the underside has the number 7191 and also a 3. I think it has 12 teeth.
The condo was built around 1978.
Thank you for any help you can provide in replacing this part.

If the spline diameter is 3/8" then you can use our 39-267 Andersen handle. Take a look and see how the specifications comapre. Thanks for posting!
