Andersen casement window guide problem

A handy person from Breezy Point, NY says:
I have an Andersen casement window where the plastic glide on the top of the window is split and does not stay on the track. See photo. It has a single arm attaching the window to the frame. I have a photo of the bottom arm with a part number. But I need the piece for the top of the window.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

I appears that you will need to replace the hinges on your window. We do not carry this exact type of hinge. For that you would need to contact Andersen. However we carry the generic 36-048, or the stainless steel 36-004-10. Take a look at the suggested parts along with the related videos.
