The latch is 2 3/4 inches long and 3/4 inches wide. The window was installed in 1957. The window is divided light with 8 pains. The window uses 2 of these side latches. The window is 51 1/8 inches long and 18 3/4 wide.

It's a bit hard to tell what you have from this angle, but take a look at our 38-056 and 38-057 casement locks. I can't make any guarantees, but compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.
