F-9400-8A Andersen crank

Question

Hello,

I am looking to replace the crank mechanism on my Andersen window. The part # on the front is "C-9400-1B" and on the rear is "F-9400-8A". Do you sell a compatible replacement for this?

Good afternoon, Joseph. I recommend looking at our 39-264 Andersen split arm crank. This may work for you. Keep in mind that if your window was made any time after 1999, you will also need the 39-362 adapter plate.
