We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your operator assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Please note that since Andersen uses mostly brand-specific hardware, it is unlikely that any of our generic accessories would work for you but we do have some Andersen replacement options. Once we can see photos of your original parts, we'll be able to confirm which parts are needed for your repair. Thank you. 

Thanks for getting back to us but, as we mentioned, we'll need you to open the window as far as possible to show us the metal arms that move the sash. That will allow us to confirm exactly what you have and which parts would be compatible.
