Andersen double-hung balancer

Question

I have an Andersen double-hung window model 30310 with a failing sash balancer.
Original balancer is marked: D61 7#27.
Please help me identify a suitable replacement.

Thanks for your post! The Andersen Sash Balance you'll need is the 24-737. It can be used to replace balances marked with a 725, 727, 731, or 737.

These can be used for both left and right handed applications, and are sold individually.
