Andersen double hung balancer

Question

I have several Andersen double hung windows with broken balancer cords.  The number I see is 11600-17, but Andersen says it is not a valid number.  Can you help

Hey there. it looks like that tab says '1031'. If so, see the 24-1033. This will work as a replacement.
