Andersen double hung replacement sash balance

I extracted the sash balance. The part number is
E48 9#27 9 86. Can you advise what replacement part I need. I need two of them.

See our 24-939. This is meant to replace Andersen balances that include the stamp code 9#27, or 927.

Hi thanks do I need a different one for each side or does the same one work for both left and right side.

The 24-939 will work on both sides of the sash.
