Andersen double sash over and under :) balancers

Question

My windows baloancers dont hold, string balancers are broken. Mod# K7 827 1-88. I wasnt able to find an exact match at your site, please recommend the repalcement, 3 windows, both L and R balancers, pics atatched.

Hello. If that middle part of the stamp definitely reads '827', then see the 24-837. This will replace Andersen balances with the 827 stamp.
