A quick learner from Monsey, NJ says:
I have Andersen, 82-048, 82-049 and 82-056. Do I need both 82-058 and 82-057 to make my door lock.

Hello. As long as your original version of the 82-058 and 82-057 brackets are undamaged, I do not see any reason why you can't continue to use them.

Good question. From what I understand, you should need both brackets. The 82-057 and 82-058 are for the stationary panel. There is a slight chance, that may not be 100% accurate, but I strongly believe you, in fact, need both brackets.
