We have used the 59-250 spline in our shop for Andersen screen repairs from the metal spline to the 59-250 foam spline with new screen mesh.

We have Andersen windows with the metal spline. You recommend the .250 spline. Are you positive that that will work with all Andersen windows. Thanks Sharon

When using the 59-250 .250 Foam Screen Spline, to replace the Anderson hollow metal splines, what spline rolling tool do I need?I have purchased a spline rolling tool from a local hardware store and dont think it is wide enough to roll the .250 spline. Thank You.

First roll in the wire on one side of the screen frame, that will make an indent so you can place the spline in position. With the screening tool, place the wheel towards the outside of the spline and start rolling it in, that way if you slip the wheel of the tool will jump on the outside of the screen instead on top of your new screening.

I'm not certain whether or not it works with all of their windows, but it is the most popular spline size used.

Does all Andersen windows have the same spline size?
