Andersen operator with with new crank handle and set screw

A quick learner from Hawaii says:

Thankyou

Everything is good except gears are shot. The handle is a little beat up and the set screw is missing. You can see the Andersen name. The tape measure in the photo reads funny? That might not be much help. This is all I was given people are in the home. I cant do the work until they leave.

This might be our 39-099. Take a look, compare the dimensions, and let me know what you think.
