Hello,
The 4 1/2" crank assembly, your product # 39-146, for a right and left hand assembly: does it come with the cover and the handle or must they be ordered separately. The original that I am replacing has the number 1361376 on the arm on the right hand assembly. Is this what I want? The window has a date of July 1985, and the glass measures 19 3/4" wide x 43" high. Also, how much for shipping?

The 39-146 does come with the cover, but handles are extra, look at our 39-286. I can not find that #1361376 on the crank arm. On the 39-146 it has 1361316. On the 39-147 it has 1361318. These operators were used on windows after 1993.

Hi, Sorry. I am corrected The one I have shows 1361316 on the crank arm, which is the right sided assembly. I am not sure of the window date. the bottom right hand corner shows the Andersen logo with a 7 to the left and an 85 to the right of it- is this how they show the date or not?
Thanks,

Hi- Follow-up message to my last reply. I placed order for right and left cranks, and two handles. Everything should be the same gray color, NOT white. Also, covers for the crank you said were included? Please check based on corrected numbers on the crank that I just sent. Thanks D

You will receive the 39-146 and the 39-147 as shown in their product pictures. The 39-146 and 39-147 are currently only available in the color stone, and you ordered the 39-286 in the color stone. The best way to make sure you order the proper replacement is to match up the dimensions of your original operator with the dimensions in the product picture on SWISCO's Web site.

Need your help on ordering a part.
On Sept 7 2009 I order Andersen Crank, 4 1/2 Code 39-146. Well, I have to order another one and I wanted to know how do I indicate that this window looking at it from the inside opens left. Do I have to indicate that somewhere. Please advise

Do you need the same one as before, the 39-146?
