Andersen replacement sash balances

I need to replace both the right and left sash balances on an Andersen Narroline 3042 double hung window. What is the correct Swisco replacement part for each of these balances? Thank you!

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this information alone. There are two ways we can figure out what Andersen balance you have:
-You can remove the balance from the window and show us each stamp printed on it. This method can be a bit of a project, but it is the most reliable method and we can confidently recommend the correct replacement. Keep in mind we need to see each stamp printed, as there will be a few and over the years Andersen used different stamping patterns. We cannot predict how the numbers will show up, but if we can see them all we will be able to point it out.
-You can give us the height and width of the visible glass for the sash these balances support. This is a much easier method, but there is a slightly larger margin for error. We cannot guarantee that our suggestion will be correct.

Thanks for your reply! I didn't discover it right away, because my computer treated it as "junk mail". Sorry about that! My windows have these glass measurements:
width: 32-7/16"
height: 21-15/16"
Andersen Windows says that the product code # for the sash balancer I need is:
A-1626043
They also call it the "Andersen 939 Narroline Sash Balancer."
If you have that part--or your version of that part--could I come to your location in Camden to purchase 2 of them?

Perfect! Thanks for confirming. Yes, you are correct in choosing the 939. Our 24-939 Andersen balance box is the corresponding product.
