Andersen sash balance

I have old Andersen windows with string balance..... the code stamps on one size is E19 9 27 4? ....and 615 10 31 R71 this second number is a cottage window so will need opposite balance as well

Hello! Based on your stamp of "9 27," you can use our 24-939 as a replacement.

I apologize for missing that second one. Since the stamp on that is "10 31," I recommend the 24-1033.
