Andersen sash balance

Question

Look to identify what sash balance I need. Client has Andersen window attached is some of what i could take a pic of from the current balance its aprox 6in long for a double hung window glass dementions are 36" across by 32" tall per sash. Can you segest the correct replacement part?

Hello there. See the 24-939. This will replace old Andersen balances with the stamp 9#27, or 927.
