Andersen sash balance

Question

From my measurements, I've determined I have an Andersen Narroline Series 200 model 3846 and that the replacement sash balance for this window is part 1133. Unfortunately, the balances I am replacing have no stamped part number that I can find, but perhaps you can confirm my determination from viewing the attached photos.

If 1133 is the right part number, I will return to this page and order 2 of them.

Based on all your information and photos, we have learned that you actually have an older model Narroline 200 Series window. We are reading "12 31" on your sash balance box. That tells us that you should be able to go with our 24-1231 as a replacement. Take a look and let us know if you have any further questions.
