Andersen sash balance

One of the cables snapped on me. I can't find a compatible sash balance using these numbers. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

See our 24-531. This Andersen Sash Balance is meant to replace old balance boxes that include the stamp 523, or '5#23'.
