The part number on this is 11600-17 and on the bottom it says BC5 6431 2-87

Hello there, and thank you for contacting us. The stamping on your Andersen Sash balance actually reads "6#31". That said, our 24-637 will replace your current sash balance box.
As for the crank, I am not able to cross reference any replacement operators with the information you have provided. We will need to see a photo of the operator from a bird's eye view, with measurements, to see which one of our operators can be used as an alternative.
