Andersen sash balance

Question

We are try8ng to replace the sash balances on a 36" wide window. We had ordered balance 519 (2 of them to replace both sides), but now the sashes won't stay up at all. I tried to take pictures that show the stamped markings on the sash balances that we removed. I can't quite make out the stamps and I'm not sure what size to get.

Thank you for posting. I had a real good look at the stamping of your sash balance and it appears to read "1131" to me. If so, then our 24-1133 Andersen sash balance will replace your current one. Look it over and let us know if you agree.
