I can't find a number that matches what I see in your catalog. Here are the numbers that I found:

D33 7427 685
11600-17

The window is a narrowline 2446. Can you help?

Take a look at the "7427" part of the code. Is the 4 less than normal-sized? Is it possibly a bit smaller than the other letters, or fainter? If so, you can use a 24-737 balance for "727" balances. If not, please send us a photo of the outside of the balance box, so we can take a look for ourselves.

Yup, that 4 looks like a # that was worn away, actually. # is a common indicator in Andersen balances, which tells us where to look for the item number. 7#27 balances can be replaced with SWISCO's 24-737 Andersen replacement balance.
