Andersen sash balance

Hello, I have 4 andersen double hung windows that need the sash balance replaced.
The windows measure 36 x 54" The sash balance is marked "11600-17" E28 9#27 7 85
I will replace the balance on both sides. Can you confirm the correct part #?
