Andersen sash balance help

Question

I think these are old and need replaced. It's hard to see the numbers but they are
11600-2
J72 5#23 11-81

I'm thinking from reading previous posts that I need 523. Please let me know. Thanks!

Please see our 24-531. This can replace Andersen balance boxes with the stamp 5#23.
