Andersen sash balances, two different stamps

Question

Hi,
I have 1994 Andersen Narrowline double-hung windows with balancers stamped 11600-17. There are two per window, but one is stamped 11L and the one on other side is stamped 11R. Andersen's website shows the balancer stamped 11L should order #: 1626074, and the 11R should order #: 1626076. Are there actually two different balancers? What is the proper SWISCO replacement balancer for the 11L(1626074)?
