Andersen sliding door

Question

Interesting in replacing handle set for our white Anderson Window sliding door (Dec 1994 stamped on door edge). Attached is a picture. The numbers PS11 6R OPER or PSII 6R OPER also stamped on door edge.
Measurements are approx 7 5/8” total length, and approx 5 ½” screw hole center to center .
