Andersen window balance

Question

I'm not sure which numbers on the window balance to go by. None of the numbers on the one I removed match any of your replacements. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Hey Jim. The tab on this balance has the stamp '419'. This means you should be able to use our 24-431 as a replacement. This balance box will replace old Andersen balances with that '419' stamp. Let me know if you have further questions.
