measures 6 5/16"L x 3"W x 3/4"D
numbers on it: 11600A-3 and R18/1337 9 91

Thank you for posting. We're having a little trouble finding this balance. Could I see a couple pictures of the stamps on the balance box? Sometimes seeing how the numbers are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.

Please see our new 24-R18-1337 Andersen sash balance, which can replace balances with the stamp R18/1337.
