Andersen window balance

Question

Hello, I have a house that I bought was built in 1964. I have Anderson double hung windows and some of the cords on the balances have broken. I have attached a screenshot of the numbers I see stamped on this balance. I don't know what replacement I need for these. Thank you very much.

Thanks for your post! This window balance can be replaced with the 24-737 Andersen Sash Balance. It is used for balances marked with a 725, 727, 731, and 737.

These can be used for both right and left handed applications.
