Andersen window balance ID

Hi, looking for Anderson window balances with the numbers P7012 R 684, P7012 L 684.
The windows were installed in a building that was constructed in 1985. The numbers were hard to read and didn't show when a photo was taken. Thanks for your help.

Hmm... I wasn't able to match those numbers up to anything. Could you do your best to get us a picture of each stamp printed on the box? In most cases, the way the stamps are printed is just as important as the stamps themselves. Thank you!

Thank you! That helps a lot. I recommend our 24-13L. The opposite side would use the 24-13R.
