Andersen window balance identifier

Hello,

Can u assist in identifying potential replacement balances(s). One of the cords has snapped, I'm assuming I will need to purchase two balances for the affected window.

The balances we are also stamped w 11600-17 which does not come thru in the pics.

I have also attached a pic for the double windows for reference.

Thanks for posting. See our 23-1033. This can replace Andersen sash balances that have the stamp 1031. Let me know if you have further questions.
