I need to replace my Andersen window balances.
The windows are about 35 years old.
The bottom half of the window measures approximately 36x24.
the broken string when extended measures 27 inches.
The numbers on the balance are hard to see. The last three numbers are either 538 or 535.
I have attached pictures.

Hello, Steve. The key stamp here is the one that reads 7#27. With that in mind, I recommend the 24-737 Andersen sash balance.
