Andersen window balance replacement

Question

Here the bad picture of the anderson balancer we just discussed. On a double hung, the glass in the sash is 41 x 24 1/2
Let me know if you can provide part base on this info.

Thanks for posting. It looks like this balance is stamped with "12 27." Can you confirm? If so, I recommend our 24-1231 balance.
