Andersen window balancer

Need a replacement for my Andersen balancers. Can you identify so I can place my order? Let me know if there's anymore information you need. The screen for this window has "05 05". Not sure if that is a date of production or model. Also, on the balancer, included in one of my attached photos there's a number. I can't quite make it out, but it appears to be "11600-2". The other number is more legible... "J58 5#23 4 80". The dimensions of the unit, also in photos, is 6 and 1/4" by 3".
