Andersen window balances

Question

I am in need of Anderson window balances. What was strange was that the windows were the same size, (32x49), but there were different part numbers for the balances. I need two that match the (D 41 8#31 8-85) and two that match the (BD6 8#31 9-85.) Both also had the part number 11600-17 printed on them. Thank you!

Thanks for writing in. In fact, you can use our 24-837 to replace both balances, as this balance box is meant to replace any Andersen Sash Balances that include the stamp code 831, or '8#31'. Still, it was wise to check all the boxes despite the windows being the same size; with Andersen balances, you can never be too certain. Let us know if you have any questions.
