Andersen window balances

Question

Looking for replacements. Balances on both sides of the window are the same. The numbers on the balance are 11600-17 and P78 12#27 1-86

The 12#27 stamp on your Andersen balance box indicates that you will need the 24-1231 for your repair. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you.
