Andersen window crank operator

I have an Andersen window crank operator that needs to be replaced. I want to make sure I am buying the right replacement. Can you tell from these pictures which type I need? I am hoping the long straight arm will give it away. Thank you for your help.

Arm length = 9 3/8"
