Andersen window crank operator

A handy person from Lubbock, TX. says:
I have an Andersen window crank operator that needs to be replaced. I want to make sure I am buying the right replacement. Can you tell from these pictures which type I need? I am hoping the long straight arm will give it away. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Take a look at our 39-094 and 39-095 Andersen operators and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
