Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 39-264 Operator. This seems to have a similar design to your old mechanism, but review the dimensions below to confirm it matches what you have.

For a handle and cover that works with this operator, see the 39-286 and 39-152, respectively. Also, if your window was built between 1995 and 1998, you will need the 39-362 Adapter Plate. Finally, if you need to replace the hinges in the window as well, you should be able to use our 36-048, so long as you replace both the lower and upper hinge in the window at the same time so the operation remains symmetrical. The video below shows how to do this. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hey there. I think we can help. This exact operator is no longer made, but Andersen suggests the 39-206 Awning Operator can work as a replacement. Take a look and see if you think this could work for your window. For a new handle, see the 39-286. For brackets, see the 36-086.
