Andersen window jam

Question

I have a window that wasn't installed square the top sash will not come down all the way down, is there any way I could remove the top of the jam rather than the bottom. Being that the jam at the bottom on the right hand side is not leveled correctly the sash will not go down in order to reveal the screw holding the bottom part of the jam.

In your situation, I would recommend contacting an Andersen dealer and presenting your problem to see what they would recommend for the Series 200 Narroline window. Take note of your window size since they might suggest replacing both vinyl jamb liners. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
