Andersen window sash balance

Question

Anderson window.  Looking at the triangle, on the left side is the number 9.  On the right side is 78/0.  Under the triangle is X1.  I would like to know the part number and the price.  I think I need one for this window, for the bottom sash.

I really can't say. The information you gave us doesn't tell me what you have. If possible, please remove the balance from the window and take a clear picture of each stamp you see printed on the balance. It's kind of hard to explain what number is most important, as it depends on how it's printed, but take special note of anything with a "#" or "H" anywhere. Like I said, it's a little difficult to explain what we need to see, so to play it safe it's best to just show us every stamp printed on the balance box.
