Andersen window sash balance

Question

I believe these are the original windows in the house dating to 1984. The sash cords have broken on the lower sashes. I watched your video (excellent) and removed one pair. The markings are Andersen Corp Bayport Minn. 11600-17 and E60 9#27 8 83.
Overall measurement is 6 3/4 by 3 inches. Length includes attaching flange.
